Every time I have to go on a trip, my mind is perfectly at ease because I know Bob Thompson is one of the most dependable and conscientious people I have ever met. When I return from a trip, everything is in better shape than when I left it and all the animals are happy, content and stress free. I have a blue and gold macaw, an orange wing amazon, a 20-year-old cat, and chickens. I never worry about these guys because I know Bob is there taking care of them.

When I first met Bob, I was impressed with how well organized and how conscientious he was. My husband, Barry, and I are definitely in the category of animal lovers! All of us are special people and we want someone special to take care of our furry friends when we can't. As of this date, Bob Thompson, of " Bob's Compassionate Pet Sitting " has taken care of our elderly, 21 year old cat, Mocha, many times since we moved up here 3 1/2 years ago. I called a few pet sitters from our home before we moved and Bob called back promptly. Not all of them did. After we moved up here, he came over to meet us, and especially, Mocha. He seemed to truly care about her. Since he's started sitting for us, we found that to be true.

Bob is one of the most professional pet sitters we've employed, and we know that when we leave Mocha in his capable and experienced hands that he will attend to her needs, care for her and about her like we do! Since she is very old,

For my husband and I, the stress of planning a trip somewhere, without our dog Max, was almost not worth doing. When visiting family in North Carolina, Indiana and Michigan we had to drive (flying was impossible). We had to find hotels that accepted pets, stop along the way for feeding, watering, walking, etc. Traveling like that could take up to 2 days (each way).

Max gets to stay in his own home, his own yard and when we returned from our trips, he was a happy, healthy little guy and did not show one sign of stress or unhappiness. My dog Smokey is not the easiest dog to handle. He’s loyal and loving to me and my family but can be temperamental with others, so I was very impressed by the way Bob befriended Smokey right from the start.

Bob has been my pet-sitter for three years now, and I have remained impressed by his kind and concerned interest in my dog. I trust Bob to come into my home and take care of things while I am away. There have never been any problems with the arrangement, and it is so much more convenient than using a kennel. Bob leaves notes for me telling me how Smokey has eaten and acted while I was gone, and he even noticed a lump on Smokey’s chest and suggested that I get it checked out. When I took Smokey to the vet, there really was a tumor there, and luckily it was benign.
